THE LIGURIAN TRADITION ON OUR TABLE

Two or three times a week our guests can stop at the Farmhouse in the evening to taste our products FROM THE GARDEN to THE TABLE. They are products coming only from our FARM or from 0 KM farms. They are unique dishes that contain all the nutritional values we need: from spelt salad to various vegetables, from testaroli (a kind of pasta or bread) made of spelt flour, to pesto (a sauce of crushed basil leaves, pine nuts, garlic, Parmesan cheese, and olive oil), from anchovies of Monterosso to savory and sweet pies, from grilled meat to plates of cured meat and cheeses from our VAL DI VARA.

Valuing local products helps us to better respect the environment, the air and to help those small rural, family realities that are struggling to survive in a harsh and difficult territory… We also offer TAKEAWAYS, takeaway food to enjoy in the garden, on the terrace, in the pool area, or even AT THE SEA ……. in the evening on the beautiful beaches at sunset, as is my family’s tradition!!!!

Having dinner on the beach in the evening, with no confusion, accompanied by a cool sea breeze, a picture that is engraved on my mind as a beautiful memory from my childhood!

It is our care to accompany the guest on a special holiday, just as the places of this LAND OF EASTERN LIGURIA are special!!
